All our orders are Delivered FREE of Charge. So weather you require a single cartridge or rainbow pack of laser toners, all items are delivered FREE of Charge.
All ink cartridges, laser toners, photo papers that are delivered on FREE Carraige charge will be delivered in 3-5 working days. We use Royal Mail and as such depending on the item, size and weight will be dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail. Any orders over 2.5kg with our descretion will be delivered by Courier. Courier charge is paid by us.
If you require inkjet cartridge or laser toners urgently than you may choose the following options. This will ensure you receive your order safely, securely and quickly.
1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Service - £2.99
Customers choosing this option will be charged a fixed price of £2.99 for delivery. Goods will be sent 1st ClassRecorded Royal Mail. Customers will usually receive their order the next working day. Charges for this delivery are no more than £2.99(incl. vat) for items weighing under 2.5kg. However, due to misuse of the service, if a customer has not received a parcel we will only send replacement goods up to the value of £25.00(incl. vat). You may track the order with the tracking number provided. See our terms and conditions.
Courier Delivery - £6.99
It is recommended to customers that any orders over £75.00 should choose Courier Delivery to ensure that the order gets delivered Guaranteed Next Day, securely and quickly. A signature will required by our couriers. We guarantee to deliver your order by the next working day and any damaged or missing goods will either be replaced or reimbursed.
This is our first increase of postage costs in years and was necessary to cover the rising costs of post and distribution over that time. The new charges are still highly competitive and also mean that we are able to maintain the lowest possible prices on our product range; savings which we can pass on to our customers.

If you place your order before 4.00pm on Monday to Thursday, it will be dispatched the same day, to arrive the following day between 8am-5.30pm.
Our couriers cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8am-5.30pm window.
Next day delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB31, 33 - 38, 44, 45, 51-56, BT, IM, JE, GY.

Than we are your answer. Contact us on 01924 455 556 and we will dispatch straight away by Motorbike. If you are in City centre location, i.e. London, Manchester, Bristol etc than we provide a 2 hour service too.
We have nine warehouses around the country and as such are able to dispatch goods on Same Day Delivery. Charges of £35.00 is typical charge for city centre delivery. Any remote locations will incure further charges.
Same day delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB31, 33 - 38, 44, 45, 51-56, BT, IM, JE, GY.
If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order, please inform customer service on 01924 455 556. You may track your order using a unique tracking link which will be emailed to you. If you are not present to accept the delivery, the driver will leave a calling card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for a re-delivery. For security, we will not leave any parcels without a signature. If no-one is going to be present to accept the delivery then please provide an alternate address if possible.
For Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man, delivery is charged at a fixed price of £22.00+vat.
