Due to Customer Demands for delivery options we offer above three options. Please note to reflect these new Delivery charges our Terms and Conditions has been changed too.
*Standard Delivery* (3-5 working days): FREE.
Customers choosing these options will not be charged for there Delivery. Goods will be sent FREE First Class via Royal Mails Standard Post. This option is suitable for orders under £25.00(incl VAT) which weight under 1KG. However due to the misuse of the policy if a customer has not received a parcel we will only send replacement goods up to the value of £10.00(incl VAT) only.
**Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: £2.99.
Customers wishing to recieve ordered goods for next working business day should choose this option. Goods will be sent via Royal Mails First Class Recorded Service. Charge for this delivery option is £2.99(incl VAT) for the weight of 1KG. However due to misuse of the policy if a customer has not received a parcel we will only send you replacement goods upto the value of £25.00(Incl VAT). You may track the order with the Tracking Number provided.
***Courier Service - £6.00
We are advising all our customers who are placing high value item to choose this option. Your order will be delivered Next Working day via a Courier Service. Orders over £25.00 and and weighing upto 25KG should choose this option. Fully guaranteed for next working day service and for the value of your whole order.
This is our first increase in years and was necessary to cover the rising costs of post and distribution over that time. The new charges is still highly competitive and also means that we are able to maintain the lowest possible prices on our product range; savings which we can pass on to our customers.

Before placing your order, please note:
If you place your order before 4.00pm on Monday to Thursday it will be dispatched the same day, to arrive the following day between 8am-5.30pm.
Our Couriers cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8am-5.30pm window.
Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB 31, 33 - 38, 44, 45, 51-56, BT, IM, JE, GY
After your order has shipped.
If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please inform customer service on 01924 455 556.You may track your order using a unique tracking link which will be emailed to you. If you are not present to accept the delivery the driver will leave a calling card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for a re-delivery. For security we will not leave any parcels without any signature. If no one is going to be present to accept the delivery than please provide an alternate address.
For Highlands and Island, Chanel Island, Northern Island and Isle of Man delivery is charged at a fixed price of £22.00+vat.
